Guest Pastors Wanted
Our church in North Port, Florida wants to provide an oasis for pastors and other church professionals who can benefit from an unique sabbatical. We are looking for qualified clergy who are willing to share your professional expertise on a limited, part-time basis in exchange for free housing in a beautiful, new two-bedroom condominium in a gated community--only "footsteps" to the swimming pool and "minutes" to several beaches on the Gulf of Mexico.
What kind of commitment is required? We want you to be our guest for one or two months. Prior to your arrival, we will negotiate an agreement with you so our small, growing congregation can benefit from your passion for some aspect of ministry. Typically, we expect that a selected candidate would lead worship one Sunday a month, plus serve in some capacity for about 15 hours a week.
Our church is committed to outreach, lay ministry development, youth and family, and senior ministry. We are developing an emerging contemporary worship experience and an emerging small group ministry. We have a preschool and an adult respite care ministry.
